Your calendar
For partners: how your OpenCourt calendar works. Read the day, manage a booking, refund and release, mark a no-show, and hand over add-ons.
1. Open your calendar
- In your partner console, open Calendar. It shows one day, with a column for each court.
- Use the arrows or the date to change the day. With more than one court listing, switch at the top right.
- A small dot marks a booking that is new since you last looked.
Your day, one column per court. 2. Read the grid
- Free hours show your price. Booked hours show the player's first name, or the walk-in's name.
- Coaching, open play, tournament hours and court blocks each have their own look. The legend below the grid names them all.
- A dashed outline means the hour is waiting for payment. A booking with add-ons says so in the cell.
- Add-ons bought on their own or at the counter are listed under the grid, ready to pick up.
Every kind of booking has its own look. The legend is below the grid. 3. Manage a booking
- Tap a booking to see the player, what they paid and the whole reservation it belongs to.
- Add-ons to hand over are at the top. Tap Mark handed over when the player takes them.
- Releasing or refunding acts on the whole reservation, not just the hour you tapped.
Tap a booking to see who it is and what you can do. 4. Refund and release
- Choose Refund and release when the booking can't go ahead.
- Pick why: the court cancelled (closure, weather, maintenance, double booking) or the player asked you to cancel as a favour.
- The sheet shows what the player gets back and what comes off your earnings before you confirm with your password.
- The refund goes to the player's original payment method.
See exactly what is refunded before you confirm. 5. No-shows and other choices
- Mark no-show: the player didn't come. You keep the payment and the hours stay closed.
- Release without refund: for suspected fraud. Pick the hours to open and give a reason the player will see.
- Move to a new time: rain or the court can't be used. See Moving a booking.
Pick what happened.
