Setting up add-ons
For partners: set up rentals, items for sale and extra players, with price, stock and limits, copy them to another court, hand them over and refund one.
1. Open Add-ons
- In your partner console, open Add-ons under This court.
- Each add-on shows its kind, price, stock, the most one player can take and how many have sold.
- You keep the whole price of every add-on.
Your court's add-ons. 2. Create an add-on
- Tap New add-on and pick the kind: Rental (back at the desk when the hours end), For sale (the player keeps it) or Player (an extra player, nothing to hand over).
- Set the price in pesos and whether a rental is charged per booking or per hour.
- Set how many you have, or leave it blank for no limit. Rentals stop when all of them are out in the same hour.
- Add an optional limit per order and a photo. Turn On sale off to hide it without deleting it.

- Run more than one court? On the new court's Add-ons page, pick a court under Copy from another court.
- Names, prices and photos come over. Stock starts with no limit, since each court counts its own.
Copy add-ons from another of your courts. 4. Hand them over
- Players add them when they book, add them to a booking later, or buy them on their own.
- On your calendar, a booking with add-ons says so. Open it and tap Mark handed over when the player takes them.
- Sell them at the desk too. See Walk-ins and payment links.
Tap a booking to see who it is and what you can do. 5. Refund one add-on
- Couldn't hand it over? Tap Refund on that add-on, before it's marked handed over.
- The sheet shows what the player gets back and what comes off your earnings. Confirm with your password.
- If you refund the whole booking, its add-ons are refunded with it.
Refund one add-on when you can't hand it over.
