Blocks and coaching
For partners: hold your own court time as a block, coaching or open play hours, pay for it at your listed price, release it, and host sessions at your court.
1. Select the hours
- On your calendar, tap the free hours you want to hold.
- Tap Mark as and pick what they're for: Block, Coaching or Open play.
- Block is for maintenance, events or private use. Players see it as Internal.
Select the hours, then Mark as. 2. Label it
- Coaching and open play hours show on the public grid by name. Add a label if you like, such as the coach or the clinic.
- For a customer who wants the court, use Reserve walk-in instead.
Give it a label players will see. 3. Pay for the hold
- Your own time goes through checkout like any booking: your listed price plus the service fee and the processing fee.
- The price comes back to you in your next payout, even if you release the hours later. The fees are not returned.
- The hours are held for 15 minutes while you pay.

- Open the payment page to pay on this screen, or scan the QR code to pay on your phone.
- Tap Pay later to come back to it. Until you pay, the hours show as awaiting payment.

- Tap the held hours, then Release slot.
- The sheet shows what you keep: the court price stays in your earnings and goes out in your next payout. The fees are not returned.
- Open play hours belong to their session. Cancel the session from Open plays and events instead.
Releasing opens the hours to players. 6. Host at your court
- Open plays and events lists your court's sessions and tournaments, with players and what was collected.
- Tap Host an open play or Organize a tournament. You pay for the court hours as you publish.
- At your own court you can repeat an open play weekly for up to 12 weeks.
