Walk-ins and payment links

For partners: reserve court time for a walk-in customer, let them pay by QR or a payment link, and sell add-ons at the counter. No cash.

  1. 1. Pick the hours

    • On your calendar, tap the free hours the customer wants. You can pick hours on more than one court.
    • Tap Reserve walk-in in the bar at the bottom.
    • There's no cash: the customer pays your listed price online, and it lands in your earnings.
Tap the free hours, then Reserve walk-in.
  2. 2. Who it's for

    • Enter the customer's name. Their mobile number and a note are optional.
    • The name shows on your calendar, so you know who to expect.
    Who the booking is for.
  3. 3. Add rentals

    • If your court sells add-ons, pick any rentals or items now. They're paid in the same payment.
    • Hand them over at the desk and mark them handed over on the booking.
Add rentals to the same payment.
  4. 4. How they pay

    • Pick how the customer pays: GCash, Maya, credit card or QR Ph.
    • Choose how long to hold the slot: 15 minutes if they pay at the desk, 30 or 60 if you send the link by chat.
    • They pay your price, the service fee and the processing fee for their method. You keep your whole price.
    • Tap Reserve & get payment link.
Pick their payment method and how long to hold the slot.
  5. 5. They pay

    • Show the QR code: the customer scans it with their phone camera and pays.
    • Or tap Copy link and send it by chat, or open the payment page on your own screen.
    • Once they pay, the slot is theirs and your screen says the walk-in is paid.
They scan the QR, or you send the link by chat.
  6. 6. Not paid yet?

    • Until they pay, the hours show as awaiting payment on your calendar.
    • Tap the booking to show the payment link again, change the payment method, or cancel the unpaid walk-in.
    • If the hold runs out, the hours free up on their own.
Not paid yet? Show the link again, or cancel.
  7. 7. What your customer sees

    • The link opens a payment page with your court, the day and hours, and every line they pay.
    • They tick the box to agree to the terms and tap Pay. No OpenCourt account needed.
    • After paying, the page says they're booked. They can show it at the desk.
What your customer sees on their phone.
  8. 8. Sell add-ons at the counter

    • Tap Sell add-ons on your calendar. Sell to a walk-up customer, or add to one of the day's bookings.
    • For rentals, set the hours. Pick the items, then get a payment link the same way.
    • Counter sales show under the grid, ready to hand over.
Sell add-ons at the counter the same way.
