Pasalo Terms

Pasalo lets a player who can no longer use a confirmed court booking or a paid open-play seat pass it to another player. It is the only way a booking or a seat leaves your hands. These terms add to the Terms of Service and apply every time you list, hand off, accept or buy.

• Hand-off. You name a player by their OpenCourt handle. Nothing moves until they accept. There is no charge. You can take a hand-off back any time before they accept.
• Sale. Your slot is listed for what you paid for it, not counting the processing fee. Anyone can buy it. The buyer pays OpenCourt through the normal checkout. The moment the payment goes through, the slot moves to the buyer and you are paid. You can take a sale down any time before someone pays.

• The price is fixed. A sale is always at the price the seller paid. No mark-up and no discount. The buyer pays a small Pasalo sale fee to OpenCourt on top, shown at checkout.
• The buyer pays OpenCourt, never the seller. The buyer pays the price, the Pasalo sale fee and the processing fee for their payment method, exactly as for a booking. Credits are used first.
• The seller is paid by OpenCourt. At listing time the seller chooses OpenCourt credits, which arrive the moment the sale settles, or a cash payout to the GCash, Maya or bank account they give us, sent with the next payout run. That choice is final for that listing.
• The original fees stay paid. The OpenCourt fee and the processing fee from the first purchase are not returned to the seller. The court or host keeps what they were paid.
• Never send money to another player for a Pasalo. A payment made outside OpenCourt is not a Pasalo and we cannot act on it.

• Only your own slot. Only a confirmed booking you paid for, or a paid seat you hold, can be passed on. The slot is taken from your records, never typed in.
• One listing per slot. A slot can be listed once at a time. A buyer checking out holds the listing for five minutes.
• Cut-off. A sale closes 30 minutes before the slot starts. A hand-off that is not accepted by the start expires.
• A slot that is gone closes its listing. If the court cancels the booking, the host cancels the session or you opt out of the seat, the listing is closed and the normal refund rules apply to whoever holds the slot.
• Pasalo of a Pasalo is allowed under the same rules.

We store who listed, who accepted or bought, the payment, where the seller chose to be paid, and the time of every step. Listings made under the earlier off-platform handshake stay on record with their chat and outcome.
