Host Terms

Any player with a Host Profile can run open plays that charge a price per seat. Players pay through OpenCourt, seats are confirmed the moment the payment settles, and OpenCourt pays you out. These terms add to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy, and apply every time you publish a paid session.

• You set a price per seat. Players see your price plus the OpenCourt seat fee (shown at checkout, ₱10 at the time of writing) as one amount, plus the payment processing fee for their method as its own line.
• You receive your full price for every paid seat. OpenCourt keeps the seat fee and the processing fee. There is no commission on your price.
• Your balance is paid out every Friday and covers everything paid up to the Sunday before, or on the first Friday of each month for the month before if you choose monthly, to the payout account on your Host Profile. Payments reach OpenCourt about three business days after a player pays, so a payout only covers money already received. Transfers are sent by hand and recorded with a reference.

• A player may opt out until the cut-off you set on the session (24 or 48 hours before the start). Your price goes back to them and comes off your balance. The seat fee and the processing fee are not refunded.
• If you cancel a session, or it does not reach its minimum, every paid player is refunded in full, and your balance carries the whole amount, fee and processing included.
• Refunds go to the payment method the player used. OpenCourt handles them.

• You have the right to use the court or venue you name, for the hours you publish. At a partner court you hold a booking for those hours; elsewhere you have the venue's permission.
• You run the session as published: format, level, capacity, start and end.
• You treat players fairly and keep the session safe. Awards and removals are yours to make; abuse is not.
• Your payout account belongs to you and the details on your profile are accurate.

OpenCourt may suspend a Host Profile for repeated no-shows, misleading listings, unsafe sessions or unpaid obligations. A suspended host cannot publish paid sessions; what the ledger already owes them is still paid out.
