Running group games
For group admins and mods: post a game for your group, repeat it weekly, give members first pick or make it members only, approve join requests and pin a post.
1. Host a game
- Only a group's admins and mods can post its games.
- Open the group's Games tab and tap Host a game. The form opens with your group already picked.
- Every member gets a notification when the game is posted.

- At a court on OpenCourt, book the hours first, then pick the court and those hours.
- At a park or barangay court, choose Other court, enter its name and address, and drop the map pin so players can find it.
- Away from a bookable court, Repeat weekly posts the same game for up to 12 weeks.
Away from a bookable court, a game can repeat weekly. 3. Who can join
- Everyone: anyone can take a spot.
- Members first: members get first pick. Choose when it opens to everyone, from 12 hours to 3 days before. Others join the waitlist until then.
- Members only: only members can take a spot.
- The rest of the form works like any open play. See Joining open play.

- In a group that needs approval, requests wait on the Members tab with each person's answers.
- Tap Approve or Decline. They get an email either way.
- From a member's menu you can make them a mod, remove them or ban them. Only the admin can add or remove mods.
Read the answers, then approve or decline. 5. Pin a post and share an invite
- Pin a post on the Discussion tab, like a welcome note or the house rules. It shows first on the group's page.
- Tap Invite for a link that lets people join straight away, even when joining needs approval. Make a new link to stop the old one working.
- Admins edit the group's name, cover, rules and join questions from Edit.
