Paying and receipts
How paying works on OpenCourt: what each line at checkout means, credits used first, GCash, Maya, credit card and QR Ph, holds, receipts and refunds.
1. Check your courts
- Prices on a court's page are the court's own prices.
- After you tap Book now, the first step lists each court and hour with its price.
- Your hours are held for 5 minutes while you check out. Nobody else can take them.

- Bookings can't be cancelled. If you can't make it, pass the booking on as Pasalo.
- Add-ons can't be cancelled or refunded, and the processing fee isn't refundable.
- Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

- Court price: what the court charges for your hours.
- Add-ons: any rentals or items you picked, at the court's price. Add-ons booked with your court have no service fee. Bought on their own, they may have one, as its own line.
- Service fee (3.5%): 3.5% of the court price, as its own line. It keeps OpenCourt running, and the court keeps its whole price.
- Processing fee: what your payment method costs, charged once per payment. It shows the method and its rate, like GCash 2.5% or QR Ph 1.5%.
- Your OpenCourt credits are used first. The processing fee is only on the part you pay by GCash, Maya, credit card or QR Ph.

- Open play seats and tournament entries have no service fee. You pay the host's or organiser's price plus the processing fee.
- Credits still go first. If they cover everything, you're in with nothing more to pay.

Seats and entries use the same checkout. 5. A payment in progress
- Once you go to the payment page, the slot stays yours for 10 minutes while you pay.
- Closed the payment page by mistake? Tap the slot and choose Resume payment.
- Changed your mind? Tap Cancel payment and the slot is free again.
Left the payment page? Resume it or cancel it. 6. Your receipt
- Every payment gets a receipt with its number, each line you paid and how you paid.
- Find it from My bookings, or tap Receipt on any booking, seat, entry or add-on order.
- Tap Send receipt to email it to yourself, or print it.
Every payment has a receipt you can send or print. 7. Refunds and credits
- A refund goes back to the method you paid with. GCash and Maya usually take up to 24 hours, QR Ph is usually right away, and credit cards usually take 5 to 15 banking days.
- What you paid with credits comes back as credits, at once.
- Credits never expire and are used first at every checkout. Buy them on the Credits page.
