How booking works
How to book a court on OpenCourt: find a court, pick your hours, add a rental, pay with credits or online, and what to do when you can't make it.
1. Find a court
- Go to Courts. Pick a day, and a city, sport or hours if you like, to see which courts are free.
- Or search by court name, city or amenity.
- Each court shows its price per hour. Open a court and go to its Book tab.

- Pick a date. You can book up to 30 days ahead.
- Some courts have VIP and regular courts. Pick the kind you want first.
- Tap the open hours on the grid. Tap +1 hr to add the next hour on the same court. You can pick hours on more than one court.
- The price you see is the court's price. The processing fee for how you pay is added once at checkout.
- Tap Book now. If you aren't signed in yet, sign in and your hours are still picked.

- If the court rents paddles, sells balls or charges for extra players, you can add them next.
- One payment covers the court and the add-ons.

Add a rental or extra players, or skip. 4. Pay
- Your hours are held for 5 minutes while you check out. Nobody else can take them.
- Before the payment step, tick the box to agree to the terms. Bookings can't be cancelled, and the processing fee isn't refundable.
- Your OpenCourt credits are used first. If they cover everything, you're booked with nothing more to pay.
- Pay the rest with GCash, Maya, a credit card or QR Ph. The processing fee for the method you pick shows as its own line.

- You get a bell alert and an email that says your court is booked.
- Show the email, or the booking in My bookings, at the court's desk.
- Every booking has a receipt. Find it in My bookings.
- From My bookings you can also buy add-ons for the booking, or turn it into an open play for others to join.

- Bookings can't be cancelled. Pass it on as Pasalo instead.
- Tap Pasalo on the booking in My bookings. It's listed at the price you paid. When another player buys it, you get that price back as OpenCourt credits or as cash to your GCash, Maya or bank. Add-ons you haven't picked up go with it.
- If the court or OpenCourt cancels your booking, you get everything back to the method you paid with, the processing fee too.
